Conforming to the sanitary standards of food processing machinery, the parts of the machine in contact with materials or packaging bags are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure food hygiene and safety.
The adoption of German Siemens PLC plus touch screen electrical control system, which provides friendly man-machine interface and convenient operation. Without clogging or sealing, the bag can be recycled without bag filling to avoid wasting.
Sealing temperature is monitored. If the heater is damaged, it will be automatically alarmed on the touch screen. We adopt instant heating and water cooling way for sealing to ensure smoother and beautiful seal.
The vacuum chamber is made of aviation aluminum, which is engraved and milled in the computer processing center to ensure air tightness and durability.
