Machine maintenance

Routine maintenance is to regularly check the maintenance and maintenance conditions, and carefully record the operation and maintenance of the machine. The main content of routine maintenance is: cleaning, lubricating, tightening loose parts, and checking integrity of components. Equipment lubrication must strictly be implemented according the five rules (fixed person, fixed site, fixed timing, fixed quality, and fixed quantity). Most maintenance are needed on the outside of the equipment, and routine maintenance is generally undertaken by the operators.

Check the transmission line of the signal line and make a record. Second-level maintenance refers to: all the contents of the first-level maintenance are included, and at the same time wear parts should be photographed, kept in record and replaced.
